Community / Society

It looks like day three is about community. We could also call it society. What happens when a bunch of people get together? How is justice carried out? How are relationships negotiated via laws? How is culture made? How do groups act together and interact?

Jungian scholar Henry Corbin in his analysis of Islamic mystical traditions mentions communities. When he talks about angels or mystics he talks about communities not individuals.

What happens when a community acts as an individual. This newsletter feels very individual and not communal. Although not every act can be communal. There is a place for individual action in addition to individual action.
